Senior man died while crossing the street in the Bronx
73 year old Darton Besler died after he was struck by a minivan on Sunday, January 1st around 5:30pm.
It happened on Boston Post Road in the Bronx.
The man was taken to Jacobi Hospital but pronounced dead.
The driver of the minivan remained at the scene and was not charged.
The investigation is in progress.
