South Richmond Hill man arrested for groping and fondling a 13 year old girl's butt in Briarwood
Police has arrested a South Richmondhill man Zacarias Timana, 68,for groping and fondling the buttocks of a 13 year old girl.
The man initially did and the girl warned her. But when the man continued to do the girl informed the bus driver who in turn informed the police.
It happened inside Q44 bus and it was stopped by the driver at Main Street and Union Turnpike intersection on Tuesday, January 3rd around 7:40am in Briarwood.
The police arrested the man and charged him with forcible touching, sexual abuse and other charges.
He was released without bail with a court appearance.
