Hit and run suspect resulting one dead arrested in the Bronx
The driver of the hit and run Tanbir Islam that led to the death of one person on Thursday was later arrested and charged with man slaughter leaving the scene of the incident and other charges.
The fatal accident happened on January 5th at night time which resulted the death of a victim.
The car was travelling south on Boston Road when it stroked with other car. One of the passenger Christopher Hulse 21 was dead and other four were injured.
Islam was arrested at the hospital, Jacobi Medical Center where he was getting treated after the accident and alerted police matching the description of wanted suspect on the same night.
Islam’s arraignment is pending.
